GOVERNMENT

The central government has set clear climate goals: The Netherlands, like the rest of Europe, must be circular by 2050. Municipalities play a supporting role towards local/regional businesses and the educational institutions that are active there. Stimulating information, helping to facilitate (pilot) projects and of course setting a good example are decisive for successfully fulfilling this supporting role.

The education system must embrace the circular mindset, and municipalities must support their environmental and education centres to create awareness and support so that this transition produces sustainable results.

Kids & Circulair provides tailor-made solutions for every municipality. We will enter into discussions to make a complete inventory of the needs specific to your municipality and develop the right lesson programs for the residents in your region. What challenges does the region's business community face and which topics are most relevant to the lessons of your youngest residents? This can be a general circular topic such as 'Plastics in a circular world' that applies to every age group. But it may also be that there is a local topic that requires attention, such as greenhouse horticulture, textiles, traffic or industry.

The end product that Kids & Circulair guides you to is a (series of) circular and interactive guest lesson(s) for all different ages in primary and secondary education.
